One in three children with cerebral palsy (CP) will experience hip displacement, underscoring the importance of early detection for optimal management. HipScreen is an educational application developed by cerebral palsy specialists Vedant Kulkarni, MD, and Jon Davids, MD, designed to support implementation of an early detection "hip surveillance" program aimed at preserving function and preventing pain in affected children.

The application provides:

• Educational content grounded in peer-reviewed medical literature regarding hip surveillance in children with CP
• Protocols for acquiring correctly positioned and timely x-rays to identify asymptomatic hip disorders, including comprehensive guidelines endorsed by leading international organizations
